As a master of idiosyncrasies, Lindsay Washa worked her way up to VP of Transition Operations. Transition operations isn’t just paper and processing, it’s communication and teamwork. The company has more than quadrupled in size during her time here, and the team continues to grow. The knowledge she gained at all levels of this company is now being used on a larger scale, like generating a communication system between transitions and upper management. Lindsay works to streamline the transition process while we continue to evolve our offerings. She also works to implement sustainable office practices, with the goal of reducing our negative impact. She likes to increase her positive impact through her love of literacy, which allows her to continue her education with a fiery tenacity befitting a redhead.
