ON-SITE
With our on-site transition support offering, the J. Kelly & Associates team members arrive at your work site the day before your transitioning employee lands to assemble their work space, sometimes fondly known as “The War Room.”
REMOTE
Our remote transition support offering pairs our team members with your transition location to determine where the hub of your transition will live.
HYBRID
Sometimes with our largest transitions, the book may require a bigger team. To support this, we have the lead and possibly a few supporting members on location, while additional help can be provided remotely.
CONSULTING
With nearly 20 years of experience, we are able to shed light and understanding of the idiosyncrasies of transitions. Our team can share this nuanced knowledge to help guide your internal team.
